Sin acertijo

Como ya lo dije en la casa de los trinos, lo pongo aquí completo en su idioma original (inglés). El diálogo-acertijo que acompañó el post anterior y mi turno en EyL pertenece a la novela Catch-22 de Joseph Heller. La traducción, retocada para eliminar los nombres de los personajes, que romperían el encanto, es de este su servilleta. Helo aquí:
«Yossarian says, “You’re talking about winning the war, and I am talking about winning the war and keeping alive.”
“Exactly,” Clevinger snapped smugly. “And which do you think is more important?”
